To Die For

When my dad was sixteen, he saw an ad for a 1929 Cunning- ham hearse (see pic). It didn't run, was located in Indiana, and was only $600(!). Despite his insistence, for some reason my Nana didn't hock her jewelry to buy him the plane ticket.

Wait, did they even have planes back then?

Just think of how I would've turned out if my dad drove me to school in this. "So get a witch's shawl on/ A broomstick you can crawl on/ We're gonna pay a call on/ The Lowney family." Yup, I'd be a weird person now.
